SASRA exists to provide sporting, social, and recreational facilities and opportunities for its members. The membership currently has over 7,500 members from West Cumbria local community. More details can be found on their website.

Welfare

We have our own in-house Occupational Health (OH) department at Sellafield site and at Hinton House who specialise in the interaction between health and work. This is often characterised as being concerned with the effect of work on health and the effect of health on work.

Your wellbeing

It’s very important to the company, that individuals should they require it, reach out to the resources we have available across the enterprise. ISO have their own Wellbeing library for you to access information that has been shared across the enterprise. We have also a dedicated ISO wellbeing committee, comprising team members from different backgrounds, who can be contacted if you need wellbeing support or advice.

Employee Assistance Programme

Sellafield Ltd offer a programme of support to current Sellafield Ltd employees, apprentices and graduates, and family members of Sellafield Ltd employees. It's a diverse package, including a helpline, web service, access to coaching, a mental wellbeing app and resources dedicated for dependents.
