Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of Wellbeing and working closely with the service managers as a Wellbeing Locality Manager you will:
  • Implement and develop current and upcoming funded projects to the highest possible standard.
  • Support, supervise and develop the staff and teams reporting to the role.
  • Ensure contractual obligations to partner organisations and funders are met.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships and links with external stakeholders.
  • Promote good practice in involving and empowering service users.
  • Take a wide active role within the organisation.
  • Represent the company at external meetings and within the wider community.
  • Ensure a high level of safeguarding practice across is services is delivered.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are met by all services.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have a proven track record in Health and Social Care management ideally within a mental health service although not essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience at management level
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of working within mental health, wellbeing or similar services and as part of a team
  • Proven service or project management experience and ability to successfully deliver projects to time, budget, and within agreed quality standards
  • Proven experience of positively managing change
