*NEW Team Leader Vacancy* for a NEW supported housing service in Bristol supporting mental health services


Your new company
You will be working with one of Bristol's leading charities supporting vulnerable women within an integrated mental health service. This is a really exciting time to be joining as the charity has recently secured new funding for a new service, focusing on mental health, benefits and welfare and empowerment.

Your new role
Working with the service manager, you will be responsible for the development of this service, including leadership, operational and performance management.

You will contribute to the development of policy and procedure; recruiting new staff; growing relationships with external agencies and services; encouraging community engagement and offering high quality housing management. You will work to champion service user empowerment, undertake risk assessments and support plans and support the support workers with their caseloads to ensure the highest levels of support are provided.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working in a supported housing environment or in a mental health setting. You will have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, including staff management and supervisions. Great communication skills, a vision for a new service and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You'll also need knowledge of safeguarding, housing management and other services that are available in Bristol .
