Hays Social Care are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to work with clients in Forest Of Dean

Your new company
Hays Social Care are working with some outstanding providers within Forest Of Dean and the surrounding areas, providing vulnerable individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to have fulfilled lives and gain further independence.

Your new role
We work with children and young adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, and other various complex needs in both residential or supported living settings. You will be supporting these individuals with days out and activities, food preparation, personal care, social activities and helping them to access the community.

We can offer either full or part time hours, in a flexible working pattern that works for you.

We will offer a minimum of £10.07+ per hour, weekly pay, free training, free DBS, holiday entitlement, a £250 referrals bonus should you be able to recommend a colleague, consistent work and a great personal service where you are properly looked after.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working with young people with complex needs, ideally hold an NVQ level two or equivalent, it would also be beneficial if you held a full driving licence (although this is not essential).
