Estate's / Facilities Project-Manager job on a 9-month temporary contract.

Your new company
An exciting and challenging interim role for an experienced estate's / facilities project manager to be part of a team to review and re-deploy staff across various sites in the North Essex area. This is a 9-month contract.

Your new role
In this is Estate Project Officer job you will be part of a team to assess the suitability of current offices / buildings with the view to manage the movement of staff and personal to other departments and buildings to ensure they maintain their social distancing rules etc. The role will involve regular co-ordinating with the end service-user, operational line managers and various departments across this diverse and complex business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident pro-active project officer / manager who has experience of estate's / facilities management and able to co-ordinate the task of re-deploying staff and services. You will need to understand re-design options, estate-management schemes or at least been a senior facilities co-ordinator who has supported senior project-managers in facilities management who could step-up into such a role.

What you'll get in return
This is an on-going (up to 9-month) role and will be paid circa £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
