Customer Service Advisor/Repairs Scheduler needed for a temporary contract for Housing Association, Bristol

Your new company
You will be working for a small housing association based in Bristol. They have big ambitions and place a real focus on the community. You will be a part of a really great team.

Your new role
You will be providing a high level of customer service to tenants across Bristol. You will take inbound calls, as well as monitor an email and Whatsapp inbox to respond to act as a "one-stop-shop" for repairs, estate management and other housing requests. You may be diagnosing maintenance repairs over the phone, liaising with maintenance teams, responding to low-level ASB complaints, advising on income management and take customer feedback.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have exceptional levels of customer service. Experience in a housing or maintenance environment would be desirable but not essential. Good knowledge of repairs, housing management and a good attitude are what we are looking for.

What you'll get in return
This is a relatively short term contract (2 months) but with high possibility of extension. This is a great organisation with support and a really great atmosphere. Please note this role will be working on site but extra safety precautions and social distancing measures have been taken.
