Temporary Care / Service Manager based in Sudbury supporting older people with unique extra care needs.

Your new company
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Care Home / Service Manager to lead a team in supporting older people who have unique needs based in Sudbury Suffolk to work a 30-hour week.

Your new role
As the Registered Manager with the CQC, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care of the residents who live in 30 one & two self-contained apartments. As explained you will lead the team regarding the residents daily care needs and ensuring you are in constant contact with the relevant agencies, CQC and local authorities etc

What you'll need to succeed
As the Registered Manager / Responsible Individual at the centre, you will have experience of managing teams ideally in elderly residents who need extra care as well being fully aware of CQC guideline etc. You will have a QSF / NVQ 5 qualification or currently studying towards it and be a confident communicator who can manage multiple tasks. The organisation will undertake a DBS check

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary Care Home / Service Manager job while they the recruit the permanent role which will pay depending on experience £24,064 - £25,331 for a 30-hour week mainly Monday - Friday. The organisation offers 22 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) & pension.
