Support Workers required for residential home in Norwich that supports adults with learning disabilities

Your new role
You will be working as a support worker in a residential setting with adults with learning disabilities. It is your responsibility to support them in their day to day activities promoting independence and positive outcomes. You will encourage the residents in their own cooking, cleaning, hygiene etc and get them involved in the classes that are ran in the home.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be patient and kind with a naturally caring personality. It is essential that you have 6 months experience working in a Social Care role and ideally you will have an NVQ in health and social care although this is not essential.
