Your new company
Hays work with a variety of Housing Associations, charities and local councils across Bristol, Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Wiltshire. These companies often promote a positive attitude, inclusivity and a flexible approach to working.

Although they may not be recruiting currently, we are looking to register available housing management professionals that will be available to pick up work when life returns to normal and there is a backlog of work that needs to be completed.

Your new role
We are looking for, and expect there to be a demand in a few months for:
- Housing Officers
- Housing Assistants
- Housing Options Officers
- Income Officers
- Tenant Liaison Officers
- Customer Service Advisors
- ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Officers

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a generic housing or supported housing environment and will have knowledge in some or all of the following: housing management, income management, collecting and advising rent arrears, tenancy signs ups, property inspections, lettings, customer service, dealing with ASB, evictions, safeguarding and maintenance scheduling.

You will also need a positive attitude; good communication skills (both written and verbal); a qualification in housing would be desirable but is not essential.
