- A covering letter summarising your suitability for the role in reference to the person specification and why you would like to work for PHSO (please use Microsoft word format);
- details of two referees (referees will only be contacted with your knowledge and after the shortlist stage of the recruitment process is completed).
- A completed Guaranteed Interview form if relevant (attached).

Hays Executive and PHSO will sift applications shortly after the closing date and all applicants will then be advised on the outcome of their application.
Candidates selected for first round interview will be invited to meet with Hays Executive for an initial discussion. Initial interviews are scheduled to take place on the 12th and 15th of March using MS Teams.
The second round will consist of a presentation and interview with a Selection Panel consisting of stakeholders from PHSO including Gill Kilpatrick, Chief Operating Officer and Amanda Amroliwala CBE Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Ombudsman. Second round interviews are expected to occur on the 23d of March.
At each of these two selection phases the outcome and feedback will be provided in person.
