About Oxbury

Our client Oxbury were established in 1989, they are a firm of professional Quantity Surveyors who work as Project Managers. The Company Head Office is in Norwich and they also have an office in Chelmsford. Today they are one of the most established independent practices of Project Managers and Chartered Surveyors in East Anglia.

Oxbury specialises in the affordable housing sector and most of their clients are Housing Associations, although they do also work with a number of private clients. Their Project Managers manage construction projects on behalf of their clients and projects range from single dwellings to multi-million pound developments.

In 2011 the firm launched a wholly-owned subsidiary – Redbox Partnerships, which works with developers, Housing Associations and local authorities to assist with planning their affordable housing requirements.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen where they are recruiting for two Trainee Quantity Surveyors to join their team. One will be based at their Head Office on the St Andrews Business Park in Norwich and one will be based at their office in Springfield, Chelmsford.
