At Millais Physical Education is a vital and dynamic part of our whole-school curriculum. We believe that PE is not only about physical fitness and sports but also about developing the whole student—instilling resilience, teamwork, leadership, and a life-long commitment to healthy living.

We are seeking an inspiring and passionate Physical Education teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will promote a love of sport, encourage participation, and support the physical and mental wellbeing of all students.

This post will provide an excellent foundation for career progression within a supportive and stimulating professional environment. Applications from Early Career Teachers looking for their first post would be very welcome.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
• Excellent teaching skills able to plan and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Self-motivation and potential for further promotion
• Effective communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
