The salary for this role is up to £36,310 per annum, dependent on experience and relevant qualifications.

Yes. This role operates on a hybrid model — typically 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, subject to business requirements.

A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. APM or PRINCE2 certification is desirable but not essential.

Your new role

You’ll play a key role in supporting MEP engineers on a wide range of building services projects across sectors including defence, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail and leisure. Working to the latest UK BIM standards, you’ll assist with the production of Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, schematics and digital outputs, contributing to the successful delivery of complex multi‑disciplinary design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up new projects in Revit and AutoCAD using internal templates
  • Producing and updating models/drawings from engineer mark‑ups
  • Creating schematics and linking model data
  • Managing file storage in line with QA procedures
  • Exporting models (IFC, NWC, DWFx, DWG, PDF etc.)
  • Adding and managing classification data within models
  • Performing model QA including clash detection and interference checks
  • Working closely with the BIM Manager to maintain company and industry standards
  • Ensuring all MEP models align with project BIM requirements

    What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience with MEP Revit and AutoCAD
  • MagiCAD experience beneficial
  • Background working within an MEP design environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance for MOD and secure‑sector projects
