The Band 5 Assistant Project Manager role covers end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery assurance across multiple sites in Birmingham and Bedford.

The salary for this role is up to £36,310 per annum, dependent on experience and relevant qualifications.

Yes. This role operates on a hybrid model — typically 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, subject to business requirements.

A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. APM or PRINCE2 certification is desirable but not essential.

Your new role

This role is open to various levels from two years professional experience of working as working as an
Mechanical design engineer in a building services environment. This role will be involved in the full cycle of design work including calculations, managing designs to the clients briefs, communicating with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a proven track record in building services design. Preferably you will have suitable related qualifications. It will also be desirable that you have system knowledge such as revit.
