Vacancy Overview
This is an opportunity to work in a growing and fascinating sector, as a recruitment expert taking a national lead in client development in the Renewable Energy sector. This role will see you build upon Hays’ existing knowledge and client base in the industry, as you take a lead in your local area, and nationally as a Specialism Lead for the Renewables development strategy. Due to recent investment we are looking to increase our market share, capitalise on existing relationships, and build new ones. This is a really exciting national role, and you will take a lead in developing our Engineering business in Renewables, fee earning, creating and implementing strategy, building the team and strategic business development.

Your new job in Hays

Due to established performance and growth in our Engineering business, we are investing heavily in our team. As a recruitment expert, you can be based from any of our Centre Of Excellences for Engineering, (with our balanced working hybrid policy allowing a home base also) and will proactively develop the Hays brand in the Renewables sector, building on your existing specialism knowledge. The remit of this position will be to take a leading role in the development of Hays Renewables across the country, focusing on client engagement, sharing knowledge, and hitting ambitious targets on both your own desk, and as you help build the Renewables team nationally, maximising on it’s existing successes.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have strong knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector. Experience working in a 360 or client development role in this space. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets, and the application of sound business planning and strategy to business growth. You might be looking to take that next step in your career, but your consultative selling skills, presentation skills and motivation to do a great job will be very strong.
