Talent Acquisition Partner in national role based anywhere in UK with hybrid working

National Role, Home and office hybrid base anywhere in UK

Following significant investment and growth plans within our Construction & Property specialism throughout the UK&I, we are now looking for a national Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on the headcount and development of 3 exciting new investment Sub-specialisms in Civils, Environmental and Sustainability.

It is an exciting time to be part of the Construction & Property business as we plan to play a key role in helping its Green recovery and "Build back better" Schemes. In order for this to be achieved we need a significant number of new hires, and we need your help to achieve and deliver on our investment. You will be focused on bringing in the best experienced hires as well as Trainee Recruitment Consultants to support our key strategic priorities.

Your new role

This role will be focused on working alongside the Hays UK&I leadership team in attracting, engaging, assessing and ultimately onboarding the best talent in the Construction and Property recruitment market. You will be responsible for marketing Hays C&P as the employer of choice, advertising, headhunting, interviewing candidates, running assessment centres and working with our regional talent acquisition partners to drive the increase in headcount. You will need to produce reporting on the attraction and retention of our teams while being solutions focused.

Your new role will involve (but not be limited to):
· Creating a specialism focussed Employer Value Proposition
· Planning, designing and implementing marketing plans to make us the employer of choice· Promoting talent acquisition or your specialism both internally and externally for Hays
· Designing & implementing a variety of successful talent acquisition campaigns to widen and increase the talent pool
· Running virtual and face-to-face interviews
· Planning and running assessment centres
· Managing referrals from the business in accordance with our referral scheme
· Working with HR to process contracts
· Advertise roles internally
· Offer management & feedback to candidates
· Headhunting experienced candidates using LinkedIn
· Working on national internal recruitment projects across the team
· ED&I advocate supporting the roll-out of inclusive recruitment for the UK&I

What you'll need to succeed
· Proven and successful track record in talent acquisition
· A passion and interest in Construction and Property (particularly the Green agenda) with an understanding of the industry
· Expertise in using social media and digital technology in campaign management
· Impressive personal brand
· Influential and persuasive
· Strong verbal & written communication
· Lateral thinker who is keen on innovation
· Promoter of teamwork and collaboration
· Strong project management and organisation skills
