Placement Opportunity
Hays currently have an opportunity for students to join the organisation on a twelve-month placement. This is an exciting opportunity for a student who is keen to really utilise their placement to learn core business skills, be immersed in the operations of a busy, successful and growing organisation, and put themselves in a strong position to be offered a graduate opportunity when they have completed their studies.Recruitment is a challenging sales job, requiring good prioritisation skills, a talent to build rapport and strong organisational ability. There's not one typical person that makes a good recruiter, individuals with a range of degrees and disciplines have completed internships with Hays. The things most have in common however are a sales focused attitude, being driven by achieving goals and exceeding targets and an ambitious drive to succeed.

What you’ll get in return

You will be given extensive training and support to help you become an expert and complete a successful placement as well as have access to the best tools and technology in the industry. Hays pay a competitive basic salary for the full-time placement and also offer a monthly bonus on the achievement of monthly targets.
