Recruitment Business Development Manager - HAYS Education

This role is suitable for an experienced recruitment consultant or salesperson with a proven track record of successful new business generation, ideally within the Education sector. This is an excellent opportunity to shape a business and progress professionally as well alongside earning a competitive package and uncapped commission.

As a Business Development manager, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of new clients for our education business. You will be proactive in developing relationships face to face and over the phone. You will have a flexible approach and be able to demonstrate a track of record of winning business through a strategic approach. You will need to be exceptional at spotting opportunities and acting on them quickly and effectively through face to face meetings and networking.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of developing, growing and retaining business. You'll demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional and empathetic manner with your team, clients and candidates. You will be ambitious and driven to progress your career through demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve great results.
