Your new role
The role will see you managing the 360 recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients. Winning new business, sourcing new candidates and building and maintaining professional relationships is all part of your day to day duties here at Hays. You will also be responsible for advert writing and interviewing your own candidates and will be given both KPI's and targets to achieve. Your New Team
Working alongside an established team of Engineering recruiters you will be tasked with growing and maintaining strong relationships with some of the most desirable main contractors and consultancies in the South East. We are looking to speak to candidates from Recruitment Consultant all the way up to experienced Manager level. This could be a fantastic way to fast track your management potential. Many of our Senior Directors and MD's within Hays started within our Engineering business so the possibilities are endless.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a successful and established Recruitment Consultant, and experience recruiting into the Engineering industry would be beneficial. You should be able to demonstrate what it takes to build and maintain a solid client base and how to be proactive with difficult to find candidates. You should be ambitious, proactive and inquisitive, and should show a genuine interest in building a long term career in Recruitment.
