We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Care Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Milton Keynes.

Your new role
You will be working from our vibrant Milton Keynes office, sitting alongside some of our most successful consultants in the region. You will be located in a great setting, only a 10 minute walk from the train station, a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre which houses fashion brands, cafes and bars to visit when celebrating your success!
The role will see you managing the 360 recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients. Winning new business, sourcing new candidates and building and maintaining professional relationships is all part of your day to day duties here at Hays. You will also be responsible for advert writing and interviewing your own candidates and will be given both KPI’s and targets to achieve.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a successful recruitment consultant working within the industry for at least 2 years, ideally within the Social Care sector. You should be able to demonstrate what it takes to build and maintain a solid client base and how to recycle valuable candidates. You will also have experience with following detailed compliance procedures. You should be ambitious, inquisitive and empathetic, and should show a keen interest in the social care division.
