I am recruiting for a highly analytical Finance Data Lead to join the Future Enterprise Resource Planning and Shared Services Provider (FESSP) programme — a major transformation initiative reshaping how finance, HR, and payroll services operate across a major government department.
As the Finance Data Lead, you will play a crucial role in preparing the department's finance data for migration into the new ERP solution. You’ll lead on data cleansing, quality, governance, and issue resolution — acting as the bridge between internal teams, subject-matter experts, UKSBS, and programme governance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence data strategy, shape future processes, and ensure the department's finance data is accurate, migration‑ready, and fit for business needs.
