• Identify and qualify international business opportunities
• Build and manage sales pipelines and commercial funnels
• Write compelling proposals and bids
• Develop robust commercial models and pricing strategies
• Manage tender submissions and contract negotiations
• Create go-to-market plans for key healthcare propositions, preferably in an international context

• Degree-educated or have equivalent professional experience
• Skilled in all stages of business development
• Experienced in growing commercial healthcare services, ideally within the NHS
• Strong in bid management, pricing, and contracting (international experience preferred)
• Knowledgeable about NHS structures and priorities
• Solution-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
