An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Deputy Head of Campus at Oxted Hall. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation and continuous development of the campus. Responsibilities include overseeing daily behaviour, supporting curriculum development, and occasionally deputising for the Head of Campus. This role is both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day behaviour management.
- Support curriculum development.
- Deputise for the Head of Campus as needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement journey of the campus.
- Work effectively with disaffected, disengaged, and challenging pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Lead safeguarding efforts within the campus.
- Oversee progress data and use it to identify vulnerable groups and target appropriate strategies.
- Contribute to school and campus improvement planning.
- Lead and contribute to staff meetings and other meetings as required.
- Engage in the Performance Management Framework.
- Support the monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance of teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
- Line manage specified staff for performance management purposes.
- Promote the Teacher Standards.
- Leading attendance improvement including working with external agencies.
