Welcome to Cartrefi Conwy - a multi-award-winning Housing association with over 4000 homes throughout North Wales. We are one of the foremost providers of affordable, high quality homes in the region and ‘creating communities to be proud of’ is at the heart of everything we do.

Our new Business Plan outlines our grand ambitions for the next few years so now is a great time to get on board for the journey ahead. Our plans include:

• A pledge to build 1000 new homes over the next ten years

• To further develop our subsidiary, Creating Enterprise, to become the social contractor of choice across the region, whilst providing much-needed employment and skills for our tenants and the wider communities we serve.

• The development and implementation of a new sustainability strategy which will include a wide-scale, multi-million pound retrofit programme. This programme will ensure all our homes will be energy efficient and fit for the future.

• To expand our Creating Enterprise Modular Solutions Factory to build more Passive-Haus standard homes for a range of housing providers in the region.

It’s fair to say, we are an organisation that is going places.

To help us achieve all these great things, we understand that investment in colleagues is vital. Successes

As well as achieving many awards such as Times Top 100 companies to work for in the UK (multiple times) and Customer Service Excellence Award (for the 5^th consecutive year), we have recently achieved ROSPA gold – for the 9th consecutive year (we really do care about your health and safety!) and many other awards including the CIPFA – Grand Prix award and Alternative Service Delivery Model award and CIPFA Finance Team of the Year award in recent years!

For us, change is good – we are always look at innovative ways to deliver our services. Over the coming weeks, we will be embarking on a re-structure within our finance team – this will involve implementing new systems, creating new opportunities for development and progression and introducing new practises - blending the existing with the new to create a seamless, modern and exciting Finance team to support Group Cartrefi Conwy.
