Welcome Hero

Headteacher Opportunity
at Baginton Fields Academy

Welcome Main

Welcome

On behalf of the Local Governing Body, I would like to thank you for your interest in the role of Headteacher at Baginton Fields Academy.

BFA is a broad-spectrum school providing for secondary aged students with diverse range of special educational needs. Our school vision, “dedicated to delivering inspirational learning experiences” is one that the whole school community is committed to and underpins everything we do.

Recently BFA joined the Thrive Education Partnership, and we are already realising the benefits of being part of a wider cohort and the benefits in collaboration of other schools within the partnership with shared values and goals. With a significant, multi-million pound, building project planned, which will support an increase in numbers from 128 to over 200, and will include a new swimming pool, we are excited for the future opportunities.

We are looking for an exceptional person to take on the role of Headteacher and to lead the school in the next phase of its development. You must be passionate about providing our remarkable children and young people with the best possible learning experience and committed to empowering and motivating our dedicated team of staff.

I am sure you will already have looked at our website and our Ofsted reports, but of course they do not give you the whole picture. You will only get that by witnessing for yourself the work that goes on here. I invite you to visit us to see how our learners are encouraged, and their achievements are celebrated.

If you are excited by this challenge and opportunity, we would love to hear from you. Please contact Martin Blair at Hays Leadership on 07736791138 or at martin.blair@hays.com for a private and confidential discussion about the role or to arrange a visit to the school. We look forward to receiving your application

Yours sincerely,

James Moore
Chair of the BFA Governing Board
