Allpack is a fast-growing business in the packaging sector, scaling through both organic growth and acquisitions. We are seeking a commercially driven COO to play a key role in delivering our next phase of growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of end-to-end operations—driving performance, scalability, and margin improvement across procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and product delivery.
- Translate strategy into clear operational plans and results
- Lead day-to-day multi-site operations and performance improvement
- Optimise supply chain, procurement, and supplier performance
- Own costing, pricing governance, and margin delivery
- Support and integrate acquisitions
- Build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability
- Partner with Sales and Finance to drive business performance
- Proven COO / Operations Director experience
- Background in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics-led environments
- Strong commercial and supply chain expertise
- Track record of scaling operations and driving efficiency
- Hands-on leader with a data-driven, results-focused approach
