Coventry City Council are recruiting for a number of social workers to join their Adults Social Work team.
Your new role
Your new role within the Adults Social Work team will involve management of cases, completing reviews, carrying out risk management, funding applications, reviewing safeguarding assessments and performing Care Act Assessments. Also co-ordinating care plans, and regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a registered Adult Social Worker with experience of the above responsibilities. You will need to display knowledge of relevant legislation.
