Titan Partnership is a unique education charity that works with Primary and Secondary schools, FE Colleges, Universities, and Private Training Providers across Birmingham. Titan is driven entirely by the needs of our members who inform and shape our strategic direction and priorities.  In an increasingly challenging education environment Titan is proud to support leaders and teachers in demonstrating the resilience, tenacity and innovation needed to build successful and sustainable organisations.

Who Titan Partnership is looking for:

The Executive Committee of Titan Partnership is seeking to appoint an inspirational leader as Chief Executive Officer. Applicants for the post will be able to evidence experience of operating at a senior/executive level. You will have exceptional strategic and operational leadership knowledge and/or experience of the challenges and functions of leading complex multi-stakeholder educational organisations. You will have significant experience in business and income generation, membership growth and a good working knowledge of the Initial Teacher Training landscape.

Reporting into the Titan Executive Committee, you will be Accounting Officer for the charity. A such, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of sound financial management, budgetary control and possess the skills to ensure effective governance and compliance to ensure the sustainability of the organisation.

As CEO you will exemplify and embody the inclusive values of the Partnership.  You will have the strategic leadership experience of multi-stakeholder organisations to enable you to successfully lead and direct the charity. As a highly skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal and motivation skills, you will be able to demonstrate significant credibility and expertise as you act as the principal advocate for the Titan Partnership. You will have a proven aptitude to engage current and potential stakeholders successfully, to sustainably build and evolve Titan Partnership and its community.
