HollyPlatform Engineer
Holly joined us as an apprentice in TBC. Following her apprenticeship she has worked in a variety of roles from User Support, Junior Infrastructure Engineer to a Platform Engineer. Since joining Holly has made a number of good friends whilst developing a career path to a 3rd line role.
"I love working for DTS at the University, the work is always interesting and I enjoy working with new technology as I can see the benefits for our customers. It’s also a really friendly team and a number of us take part in the weekly pub quiz at our staff bar."
NathanM365 Engineer
Nathan joined us in the Service Desk, his natural interest in IT shone through and particularly his scripting ability. When an opportunity to join 3rd line came up Nathan’s skills has lead him to be leading a lot of the automation for our customers.
"I have real freedom around what we automate, we are regularly seeing opportunities to make efficiencies and with our Azure automation environment I have the ability to really make a difference."
