Thank you for your interest in our early talent commercial programme. Our mission – to serve patients – drives all that we do, this sense of shared purpose is key to us becoming one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies and I am excited about the prospect of new talent joining our organisation through this new programme.

Throughout the programme you will have the opportunity to acquire valuable, hands on experience to further develop your commercial skill set. You will do this through meaningful placements across our commercial business contributing directly to our mission to serve patients with support from a mentor and placement manager.

Our efforts have contributed greatly to improving the lives of patients across the world. Last year Amgen reached around 10 million patients and I hope that the opportunity to play a part in this is something that inspires and motivates you as much as it does me.

Amgen is launching a bespoke two-year programme where successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain practical work experience across our commercial business. Supported by a mentor and placement managers you will have the opportunity to further develop and build your core commercial skills throughout the programme.

On completion of your initial on-boarding you will rotate through two placements covering Marketing, Building Customer Connections/Commercial Excellence. With regular reviews throughout, you will spend the final months of the two-year programme in a role aligned to the skills you have acquired and the needs of the business.
