The current Principal, Mr. Mike Oliver, is stepping down from his role as of 31st August 2021, after 5 years expertly guiding the college’s improvement and level of compliance. This opens up an exciting opportunity for an equally dynamic and inspirational leader to take the College forward to the next stage of its development.
The College is now looking to appoint a new and inspirational Principal. They will be accountable for the overall leadership and management of the College. Reporting directly to the owners, they will promote and harness a shared and compelling vision for the ongoing development of the Brooke House College, and turn the future development plans for the College into reality.
We seek an individual with a proven track record of success in leadership, who is innovative, ambitious, with first-class communication skills. The successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker who can further lead, promote, and market the College and its thriving, diverse, and vibrant community into the next phase of its life whilst at the same time nurturing the College’s ethos and values. As a boarding college the successful candidate with have a strong work ethic and be available as required throughout all aspects of term times.
The leader we are looking for will need to be visible, accessible, and eager to engage across all aspects of the many College activities. You will have experience of leadership and management within a school setting and with it a proven ability to innovate and drive significant strategic improvement and standards.
The successful candidate will have a credible track record in school leadership and will continue to build on the high expectations, and will seek to ensure that pupils' talents and abilities are nurtured and encouraged to enable them to reach their full potential.
